ЕVN Office Mall Plovdiv opened its doors in December 2013 and since then it works to serve the customers of ЕVN regardless of their place of residence.

By opening a customer service office in a shopping centre, EVN Bulgaria demonstrated a new face of customer care offered by the energy infrastructure companies in Bulgaria.

Just like all other customer offices of the company in Southeast Bulgaria, EVN Office Mall Plovdiv offers a full range of products, services and consultations concerning the supply of electricity and heat in Plovdiv and the region.

In order to provide quick and quality service to our customers, we have a cosy room with a total of 5 workstations.
